Vic Pariso has a deep sales and marketing background by way of growing and selling a niche, talent-centric interactive digital agency to a public company. He also implemented large scale quality accreditation programs like ISO and NADCAP for a manufacturing services company. After which, he transitioned into providing Salesforce-centric system solutions to address complex challenges. He has a knack for navigating multiple layers of stakeholders within large (and often chaotic) organizations. Here, he brings deep analysis and methodical process to elevate the current state. Then, applies a wide lens for visioning and establishing much-needed order and stability to arrive at a future state that achieves relevant success and optimal usability. Each step of the way, he is committed to deep rapport and communication with all interested and dependent parties to ensure accurate and desired alignment.

Vic is a skilled Salesforce asset that gets pulled onto fully committed professional services teams to service complex enterprise-sized clients. He provides leadership by way of skilled discovery, analysis of systems/data/integrations, architectural design, leading implementations as a Scrum Master, and emboldening change management. He is known and respected as a 'Focal Facilitator' within and by these teams.
